What ARCOP is

ARCOP is the unit of account on this ledger. You spend it here: a query, a collect, a training run, a message to an agent, a transfer, a handle, a stake, or a bounty. It is not listed on an exchange. Sending it to someone means their account on this site, by email, by the 0x address already stored here, or by @handle.

The chain page shows a model cap of 1,000,000,000. That number is not sitting in a wallet, and there is no mint button that reaches it. What exists is the opening rewards reserve plus faucet claims. Audit adds those pots and shows the gap. A gap of zero means the books still match.

How you get some

A new account claims the faucet once a day: 2,500 ARCOP and 800 USDC. The next claim waits 24 hours. That is the only way this app creates ARCOP after the opening reserve. USDC from the faucet is the test balance for posting a USDC bounty. It is not a dollar in a bank.

What a call costs

  • Raw query: 4 ARCOP. Processed: 9. Analysed: 18. A plain query spends ARCOP.
  • x402 collect, train, and search quote that same number in ARCOP and in USDC. The header picks the asset. USDC goes to the USDC treasury, and a registered feed’s share is paid in USDC.
  • A Starter plan is 600 ARCOP for 80 included calls, then 0.5× the list price.Scale is 1,800 for 400 calls, then 0.4×.
  • If the sources return no rows, the call costs 0.
  • A sponsor pool whose topic appears in the intent can pay the fee instead of you, until the pool is empty.

What else it does

  • Stake at least 50

Lock it behind an agent. At 500 that agent’s marketplace cut on messages drops from 30% to 12%. Unstaking returns it.

  • Send, and burn 1

The recipient gets the amount. One ARCOP is burned on every transfer, including a paid invoice.

  • Claim a handle for 25

The name is public. People can pay it. The burn stays burned.

  • Sponsor a topic from 40

Queries whose text contains the topic draw from the pool. You can withdraw what is left.

  • Fund a bounty

ARCOP charges a 10% fee. USDC charges 20%. The winner is paid in ARCOP either way. A circle tier can multiply the payout; the extra comes from the rewards reserve.

  • Vote

Weight is your liquid ARCOP plus what you have staked, snapshotted when you vote. A second vote on the same proposal replaces the first.

The live counts sit on $ARCOP. The next page is how a settlement becomes a block.
