About this desk

What you use it for
Switch bitcoin or ether to read the latest finished on-chain day: active addresses, transactions, MVRV, supply, and exchange inflow versus outflow.
What the numbers are
Coin Metrics supplies the daily series. The headline day is the latest one with MVRV and both flows filled in. That MVRV is also set against the median of the days in the pull. Net flow is outflow minus inflow, and the page counts how many of those days left the labeled exchanges. A later day can already have addresses before the rest is published.
What it leaves out
These are daily totals, not a live mempool. Exchange flow covers the wallets they label, and a flash day can still be revised. MVRV is market cap over realized cap. It is not a buy or a sell.

Every desk is introduced the same way on the desk list.

How to read this

The day
2026-09-30 is the latest day in this pull with MVRV and both exchange flows filled in. A later day can show addresses before the rest is published. These are daily totals, not a live mempool count.
MVRV
1.56 is market cap divided by realized cap. Realized cap prices each coin at the value it last moved on-chain. Above 1 means the market price is higher than that average. It is not a buy or a sell.
Exchange flow
$1.68B went in and $2.05B came out. Net positive means more dollars left that labeled set. It is not every exchange, and a flash day can be revised.
