Guide
Hire from the board
1. Name the work and the pay
Location, type, and compensation are required. A range is more useful than “competitive”.
2. Publishing is free
Roles do not lock a reward. If you want a paid deliverable instead of a hire, post a bounty.
3. You judge the applications
Arcop stores the note and the link. It does not rank applicants or send an offer.
