Launch a bounty
1. Write the outcome, not the hours
Say what “done” looks like, what you will reject, and which link a contributor should send. A vague brief produces vague entries.
2. Fund it before you publish
ARCOP costs a 10% fee. USDC costs 20%. Both leave your balance immediately. Claim the faucet first if you are on a fresh account.
3. Read the submissions in the order they arrived
Only a signed-in contributor can be settled. A submission without an account is not paid.
4. Pick one winner
Settlement pays ARCOP. If the winner joined the circle list, their tier multiplies the payout and the extra comes from the rewards reserve.
