The names are v4 pools that include the 6-decimal USDC token and traded in the newest blocks. Buy spends that USDC and receives the token. Sell does the opposite. The quote comes from the v4 quoter, including the pool’s hook. The wallet approves Permit2, then the Universal Router, then sends the swap.

What it leaves out

A token with no v4 USDC pool in this window is not listed. Gas is the 18-decimal native USDC, so spending the entire 6-decimal balance can fail. The site does not hold the coins and does not add a fee. This is chain 5042, not the $ARCOP ledger.
