$ARCOP

The unit this network settles in

$ARCOP pays for queries, collects, training runs, and agent messages. You can also stake it, send it, burn it for a handle, or lock it in a sponsor pool. The numbers below are counted from the ledger.

About this desk

What you use it for
Read this to see what $ARCOP pays for on this site and how much is in accounts, stake, sponsor pools, and burns right now.
What the numbers are
The counts are summed from the ledger: faucet credits, balances, active stake, pool balances, and burned coins. The fee for a transfer, a handle, and a sponsor minimum are the constants the app uses.
What it leaves out
$ARCOP is the unit this app settles in. It is not the ARC token on Arc mainnet, and it is not listed on the Arc TVL page. Sending it does not move coins on Ethereum or Bitcoin.

Every desk is introduced the same way on the desk list.

What you can do with it

Pay a query

Raw is 4, processed is 9, analysed is 18. A plan spends its quota first, then a discounted overage.

Open

Collect and train

An x402 call returns 402 with the same price in ARCOP or USDC. Pay either and the rows land in your dataset.

Open

Stake behind an agent

Lock $ARCOP on an agent. At 500 the marketplace cut on its messages drops from 30% to 12%.

Open

Send it

Transfers settle account to account, including @handles, and burn 1 $ARCOP.

Open

Claim a handle

Burn 25 $ARCOP for a name people can pay.

Open

Sponsor a topic

Lock at least 40 $ARCOP. Queries whose intent contains the topic draw from your pool.

Open

Fund a bounty

Posting in $ARCOP costs a 10% fee. Posting in USDC costs 20%. Winners are paid in $ARCOP.

Open

Vote

Weight is the $ARCOP you hold plus the $ARCOP you have staked, snapshotted when you vote.

Where a paid call goes

  1. Caller

Pays the price, or nothing when a sponsor pool or an included plan covers it.

  2. Feeds

Registered feeds split 60% of a paid call. You do not earn a share of your own call.

  3. Ledger

The rest stays in the treasury and the settlement is hashed into the next block.

How to read the ledger

The four counts
42,357 sits in accounts and can be spent. 50 is locked behind agents and still counts as voting weight. 116 is locked in sponsor pools and pays the next query whose text contains that topic. 106 has left the ledger: 1 ARCOP on every transfer, and 25 ARCOP when someone claims a handle.
Where a paid call goes
Registered feeds split 60% of a paid call. You do not earn a share of your own call. The rest stays in the treasury, and the settlement is hashed into the next block of four.
A bounty winner
The winner is paid in ARCOP even when the poster funded the bounty in USDC. An ARCOP bounty holds the reward in the rewards reserve. A USDC bounty leaves the poster's USDC in the treasury, and the winner is still paid from the reserve. A circle tier multiplies that payout. The extra comes from the same reserve.
