Repo
Paste owner/repo or a GitHub link. Stars, forks, open issues, language, and the last push come back immediately. A person is on developer.
About this desk
- What you use it for
- Type owner/repo to read stars, open issues, the language, and the last push for that GitHub repository.
- What the numbers are
- The fields are GitHub’s on this request. The link opens the repository. A search that looks like owner/repo can jump here from the search desk.
- What it leaves out
- Private repositories you cannot see stay invisible. Stars are not a code review. The account behind several repos is the developer desk.
Every desk is introduced the same way on the desk list.
How to read this
- Stars, forks, open issues
- Stars are bookmarks. Forks are copies other accounts made. Open issues are still unresolved, and GitHub's count can include pull requests.
- Language, license, pushed
- Language is the one GitHub detected as the largest. The license is the name GitHub published, when the repo has one. Pushed is the last push GitHub recorded. It can be later than the commit you care about.
- What to do next
- Open the repository to read the code. Brief this repo pulls recent public posts that match the name. Stars do not review the code.
