What the numbers are: Native USDC is the 18-decimal balance from the account. ARC is balanceOf on the published token contract. Token rows are ERC-20 logs where this address is the sender or the recipient. Native rows are transaction value in the newest blocks. In, out, and self say which side this address is on.
