What the numbers are: Native USDC is the 18-decimal balance from the account. ARC is balanceOf on the published token contract. Token rows are ERC-20 logs where this address is the sender or the recipient. Native rows are transaction value in the newest blocks. In, out, and self say which side this address is on.
What it leaves out: The token window is the latest blocks, shortened when a longer read is too large. It is not a full history. Non-fungible transfers are left out. Native USDC here is not the USDC in an Arcop account, and the ARC token is not $ARCOP.
